Q. How do I search for an item? |
A. There are two easy ways to search for an Existing Item. |

You can use the search bar in the upper right-hand corner by typing in a key word for the name
(for example type, “Yellow” to search for Yellow Pages Directory ads) or the item category (for example,“Print Ad”) you are looking for. |

Or, go to “Existing Items Index” by clicking on the “Order Existing Items” from the menu bar at the top
of the page. Within the Existing Items Index you can sort alphabetically, or click on a particular heading
and the entire Index will be sorted accordingly. |

Q. What if I can’t find what I’m looking for? |
| A. Feel free to contact the Agency directly. This information can be easily found at the bottom |
| |
of each page of the web site: |

Q. How do I submit a new creative request? |
| A. To request a new piece that is not already found in the Existing Items Index, click on the |
| |
"Creative From Scratch” button from the Home Page menu bar. A “Creative From Scratch Order Form”
will appear. Please fill out as much information as possible and attach any additional information by
clicking on the link at the bottom of the Order Form page.
Similarly, if you want to order an Existing Item, or request modifications to an Existing Item, click on the
Item within the Index and an “Existing Items Order Form” will appear. |

| Q. How do I attach additional files or information about my creative request? |
| A. On both Order Forms there is a space for you to type in “Additional Information”. PLUS, |
| |
there is now the link “to attach additional files, click here” where you can submit media specs, examples, or other relevant information. |

| Q. Who do I contact about my creative requests? |
| A. When you click on “Submit” at the bottom of the Order Form, it will automatically be e-mailed |
| |
directly to the Agency and copied to an Insight employee within the Customer Communications Group. You will receive
an automated confirmation from the website shortly after submission. |

| Q. How can I check on the status of my projects? |
| A. Go to “My Account Preferences” from the top navigation bar and click on “My Projects” |
| |
to reach links and view status of your Open Requests, Pending Orders, and Completed Items. |
